They run instantly and appear in your inbox. What’s more you can specify the format, either pdf or Excel®, and have reports despatched to as many recipients as you like.

Q: How many draft runs can we have in a pay run?
A: You can run as many drafts as you need. No other solution provides unlimited draft runs like CPS.

Q: I would like to provide online payslips is this possible?
A: Online payslips are available with all our payroll solutions. We also provide online P60s at the end of the tax year.

Q: Are there any hidden charges outside the price per payslip?
A: No, the price per payslip includes all your reporting, legislation changes, and software upgrades.

Q: What is your security and disaster recovery plan?
A: Our resilient hosting platform is located within the Powergate hosting facility (Telecity Groups flagship UK data centre) with backup and disaster recovery from our independent backup site (UK Grid) located in Manchester. Our core systems are replicated to multiple servers, monitored 24/7 and constantly backed up.
